Payment T&Cs
Please note:
We've been increasingly getting more and more dropouts on Matchday the past few months, which now means we've had to introduce payments Terms & Conditions to ensure the Club's finances do not take further hits.
(1) Payments must be made at least 24h before Kick off (this applies to both Monday & Wednesday Squads).
(2) When called up to the Main Squads (Wednesday), you are committing to arriving on time and representing our badge, performing to your best ability in order to maximise your minutes.
(3) When dropping out on Matchday (midnight onwards on Wednesday), you are still Liable for the FULL payment of £7 towards the match.
This is due to fact it is far too late to be finding replacements, meaning I (Joao) have to take away time from my work day to sort out last minute arrangements and put my work at risk to ensure a sufficient squad ahead of the matches. It also affects our Social Media posts due to them being effectively incorrect for our followers.
(4) If a player that received the payment message
hasn't replied and made the payment ahead of being 24h before KO - we may replace said player to ensure we can cover Matchday fees and have no late drop-outs happen.
(5) Dropping out 24h before the match is fine. For instance, If you made your payment before Wednesday and Dropped out of the match before Wednesday, the money will be refunded back to you, in Full.
